School was never my favorite place to be. I actually quit my senior year. (Though I did returned to high school in 1986 and received my diploma with honors. I was Valedictorian. It was great!)
I putzed around with small retail jobs until I married in 1980. I currently have a 28 year old son, a 26 year old daughter and a 16 year old son. I also have two granddaughters, ages 5 and 3, and a 10 month old grandson. I have another grandchild due this December.
I ended up working for the Chief of Surgery for what was once Sharp Cabrillo Hospital. I stayed in the Clairemont / P.B. area until 1982. My family moved out to Harbison Canyon and built houses with other family members. I divorced in 1987. At that time I was already employed by San Diego Transit, driving city buses. I have been driving for 24 years now.
In 2006, I attended the ROP class for truck driving. I completed the 10 month class and received my class 'A' license with all the other neat endorsements.
I look forward to retirement. After I retire, I am looking forward to putting that Class 'A' to work.
Much of my time revolves around my family. I enjoy home improvements. (Too much HGTV!) I always look forward to the summer months for outdoor pleasures such as: the beach, camping and bike riding.
I currently reside in the Clairemont / Linda Vista area.
