Carmen (Mimi) Dominguez




After high school I got a music scholarship to SDSU. I finished my BA and after a fews years away I went back for my Masters in Music.

I studied Orchestral Conducting around the country and ended up moving to Maryland to study and earn a Doctor of Musical Arts (DMA) at the Peabody Conservatory of Music of the Johns Hopkins University.

I've been a professor of Music at Saddleback College in Mission Viejo, CA for the last 12 years. I also freelance as a Music Director/Conductor for professional musicals.
